How to solve the Ekochiu Shrine puzzle in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Ekochiu Shrine is found in the Great Hyrule Forest region. The Rise and Fall puzzles will task you with using your Rewind and Ultrahand ability, along with your Paraglider, to make it through the Shrine.

As you head inside the Ekochiu Shrine, you’ll see a large gap that you need to cross. Simply stand on the button to push the block to the other side and wait for it to come back.

Xbox's Phil Spencer Comments On And Defends Recent Layoffs

Microsoft recently laid off 10,000 people, and the cuts included people working on Xbox. Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer commented on and defended the cuts in a new interview with IGN.

He told the site that, as the leader of the Xbox division, he has a responsibility to “create a safe place where people can do their best work.” With these latest layoffs, which impacted 343, Bethesda, The Coalition, and other Xbox teams, Spencer admitted, “I haven’t succeeded at that.”

Spencer went on to say that he is not only committed to Xbox workers, but also to Microsoft shareholders, and sometimes this requires difficult decisions.

“Right now, there’s some business that we’re having to work through, and part of that is making sure that we have the right resources in the right places to do the best work,” Spencer said. “Sometimes, that means we have to make some allocations, in this case, some reductions, and I don’t take that lightly, because the impact on the individuals is real. But it is, I think, important for us, for the larger organization that’s here, that I put this business in the best stable position I can for what we need to go forward, which in the end should…

NFL’s Global Markets Program Teams Get Permission To Sell Sportsbook Sponsorships To Legal Gambling Operators In Their Countries

Good news for all NFL teams with foreign marketing rights!

As Sports Business Journal reported, from June 16, they can sell sportsbook sponsorships to any legal gambling operator in their respective countries, as part of a chain of changes enacted today, June 16, to provide the aforementioned NFL teams with more opportunities to earn money and recruit new fans abroad. However, before today, teams in the NFL’s Global Markets Program were only allowed to sell sponsorships to sportsbooks with league-level contracts, which is one company each in most markets.

A decent step towards better monetization:

This new step won’t radically change the short-term income predictions the teams have for the program. However, two team sources said “it was a good step toward better monetization. Gambling is a more mature category in most non-US states, and the operators have experience with using sports brands to drive market share.”Additionally, in this regard, NFL GM/Sports Betting David Highhill, said: “Unlike some other sponsorship categories, in sports betting, so much of the entertainment is tied to the live ga…
